Every piece that leaves my hands is made with care, and your happiness genuinely matters to me. Here's how I handle things if something isn't quite right:
Refunds
Because each item is handcrafted, I ask that you reach out within 1 week of receiving your order if something arrives different than described. We'll talk it through together and arrange the return before anything gets shipped back. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Exchanges
Your satisfaction means everything, so if you'd like to exchange for something else, I'm happy to offer store credit within 2 weeks of receipt. Just note that return shipping on exchanges is the buyer's responsibility — we'll sort out the details together before you send anything back.
Higher-Value Items
For larger purchases like BattleShrugs and sweater coats, I go the extra mile before anything ships. Measurements and photos are provided for your review and approval first — so you know exactly what's coming before it ever leaves my hands.
