Refund policy

All Mother Earth Wears pieces are handcrafted to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, I am unable to accept returns unless there has been an error on my part.

If your item arrives with a defect or was made incorrectly due to a mistake on my end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. In those cases, we will cover return shipping in full and make it right.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different color or style, I am happy to work with you — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Exchanges are subject to availability.

For high-dollar custom pieces such as BattleShugs and Sweater Coats, detailed measurements and reference photos will be sent before shipment, and often during the process. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final once production has started.  Exceptions will be made for errors on my part.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
