Processing Time All items are handcrafted to order. Processing times vary by product:
- Build-a-Bloom accessories (hair accessories, keychains, boot bling, skirt hikes, etc.): ships within 1 week of order
- Witch Hats, BattleShugs & SweaterCoats (custom): please allow 4 weeks for production before shipment
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States) I ship within the US only via USPS or UPS depending on the item. Rates are as follows:
- Build-a-Bloom accessories: $10 flat rate — free shipping on orders $75 and over
- Witch Hats & BattleShugs: $15 flat rate
- SweaterCoats: $20 flat rate
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me at thereearthwears@gmail.com and I will do my best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact me within 7 days of delivery. I'll make it right.
